Developed by Swire Properties, the development includes a 3,500 sq. ft. Show Suite that introduces prospective buyers and clients to the property and the adjacent amenities.
The Show Suite, designed by Marc & Chantal, features immersive multimedia including multiple projections and multimedia integrated models, and sophisticated graphics. Hypsos won the tender and successfully provided all building services, fit-out, furniture and exhibit casework, speciality lighting, graphics and AV hardware, including programming and show control for Citygate Hong Kong.
